Reddit has some info from the December outage we all encountered. Mind you that was just a few days but it was based off of tier level.

Check out Reddit my friend. Folks were stating what level and what they received. Again, mind you that outage wasnât as long as this issue.

Weâre not getting jack squat
I just looked at a couple. A pro level 2 got 30 dollars and a legend 3 got 200. That was only for 4 days though so maybe it will be a decent increase. This is all speculation though

I just called the hosted player line and I was told that based on my account tier (HoF Red Room) I would be receiving 50,000 rewards points which is $50 in cash value. If this is true, this is EXTREMELY disappointing to hear after having the issue of compensation be dragged out for weeks while we still experienced issues/outages on various days and would be told that a mass compensation would be provided.

Bovada is so out of touch. Especially with how generous itâs competitors in the states have been. Once gambling is legal in every state theyâll run out of business and wonder why they didnât have loyal customers

At first the host that answered said that compensation was already provided around 2 weeks ago and that they wouldnât be providing more. Then, she had me on hold for a few minutes and said the marketing team will be releasing the rewards points later today. Itâs just crazy to me that the highest tier is receiving $50!!! in cash value for issues that have affected game play for weeks.
