So basically since it’s reward points the compensation will be less than December and have a higher rollover. Good job Bovada

It’s literally almost 50k points if you want $25 with 1x rollover from reward points. Most of the rewards are 2x
Ok and a typical compensation is 5x rollover, still lower
The December compensation wasn’t reward points it was cash with a 1x rollover. I’m comparing this to December.

Yeah I can’t see it only being 50 dollars, I spoke to CS yesterday and they said 50 is the highest they give for a normal outage but he said obviously this isn’t a normal one so it should be different

Agreed. The fact that some of my wagers/funds literally went missing yesterday is a next level type of issue. Bovada not shutting down or acknowledging the reload issue for hours was the icing on the cake. If the response is reward points that don’t even cover the money/time lost then that is a tough pill to swallow.
I realize I sound like a whiner right now. I better hop off the forum/site and just check in later this evening after messages go out. I’m not trying to lose my day/sanity over this.

I can’t see it being that way as well. She might have been referring to the 50 in comp received back in May.

They will definitely look at your balance an, if you already have money in your account, you won’t be eligible for the comp. my suggestion is to take anything you have out.

I am HOF tier status and received $300 from the outage in December. I can’t possibly believe that $50 max can be anywhere accurate. Not saying what the poster said was false but that representative had to not know what they were talking about. If $50 is max. There is going to be a storm full of you know what…
