I got around $400 in Decemeber when that outage happened. This outage has been much worse, and went on for way longer, than what happened in December so if I only get $50 rewards bucks then I’m not gonna be very happy to say the least.
Gonna hope that those customer service reps you talked to just don’t know what they’re talking about and got the amount wrong

So I have no timeframe right now as the slots issues from last night/this morning are also being taken care of but I would expect compensation for the DDoS issues to be handled today
