Saying expecting is not guaranteeing it that’s why I’m asking
I’m anticipating a bit more detailed explanation just as much as compensation. Between the spam calls and texts I started getting all the way to all the crypto benefits that haven’t been coming in since this started, we need better communication.

This is probably why the Mods hate to say too much is because everyone takes their update and either a) complains more or b) changes it say what they want it to say even if it doesn’t. 🤷

Gotcha. That’s good to hear. Can you confirm that the max comp HOF Tier will be receiving is not merely $50? Not to sound greedy, but it just would seem somewhat like a slap in the face considering the amount of reward points I got from the outage in December. Plus, being a HOF Red Room user, I have put a lot of money into this site.
Ultimately I trust that ya’ll will do the right thing, as in the past you always have which is why I’ve stuck with Bovada through a very frustrating 2022 for the site, but some confirmation that $50 in rewards points is not the max would go a long way…not just for me, but I think for everybody else in the forum as well.

Might be a dumb question but if we do actually get comp today and it has rollover, if I make a bet will it be comp first or the money in my account first? Like will I have to play through my money in my account then get to the comp or vice versa?
It wont be today the way things have went.

Matty has basically confirmed that the compensation will be handed down today. In the past few weeks the update was always “sometime in the next few days we will know more.” Basically the update was that there was no update. We have a legit update today, confirming that compensation is expected to be handed out to players today.
I have no reason to disbelieve Matty on this. The fact that the mods are expecting compensation to be released today speaks volumes, especially considering the tones of their previous comments.
Now what amount that comp will be on the other hand, thats the question.

I asked chat if they show how much compensation I was getting for the website issues and they sent this response
Comp usually doesn’t hit until the afternoon here on the East coast, it’s still the AM. So I doubt anybody has received compensation yet
