Damn I’m upset as the next person, but cut the mods some slack. They are just providing the information that they have. They aren’t in control of your bonus or the site issues. They can only communicate what they know…
If they don’t communicate yall get mad, if they communicate, yall get mad. Be mad at their bosses’ bosses, but I think we cut the mods who are here listening us complain all day some slack.

This is specifically what I was talking about. You read the mods updates, morph it into what you want and then claim they haven’t kept their word. It’s ridiculous.

There’s no point to ask every 2 mins for screenshots of comps yet. We’ve waited 3 weeks or whatever it shouldn’t be that hard to wait a few hours.

You just posted this same question 7 minutes ago lmfao. I also answered this same question. At this point you’re either addicted and have no money left to deposit, meaning you probably should take a break, or you’re being disingenuous for some odd reason.
If on the off chance this was a legit question. I will answer it the same. Nobody will have received comp yet. Comp normally does not get released until the afternoon on the East Coast. This goes for the “little gift” bonuses as well.

I had no issues withdrawing. No I.D. needed on my end, but I also only use the sportsbook and not the casino. Not sure if that would matter any

had to submit ID and facial scan to get withdrawals at both. Used crypto to deposit both. Took 1 previous withdrawal at slots and no ID needed. I believe this just started yesterday.
Facial scan? Like a photo of your face, I’m assuming? What method did you use to withdraw? I’ve never heard of this before

Front of ID, Back of ID and then Facial Scan. Used ETH and BTC to withdraw. I can see this for credit card but not crypto.
