Buying time for what lol, these people literally lost their money straight to their face. Way different than being inconvenienced with the site being funky for a couple days. I would be concerned if they didnât address those people first.

I definitely am among those, but the people last night literally clicked spin, lost their money, error. I know some of these people who lost thousands. In my opinion thatâs more pressing of a matter to handle first aka getting them their money back before they handle mass compensation.
Also people knew slots were broken yet continued to keep on playing them
I guess. its wild that within hours of the casino problems its being comped. Its now been a month of this DDOS crap

The casino has been timing out (just like in the sports book and poker) the last month. So when I spun last night and got the reload⌠I figured it was just that again. Then I spun again and same result. Finally I cleared cache and changed games and same thing.
⌠so we are talking maybe $10 on three spins in my case. NOT a lot of money. As @Megdennis said., the issue is that money literally disappeared and the site didnât acknowledge it for HOURS. I didnât see a post until an hour after my experience.

I think they probably just feel those people have more of a tangible, evident reason to complain and hence theyâre taking care of them first before they get to the angry mob
Not to say they havenât gone way over their grace period in handling this situation either. There is certainly no way to make everyone happy, as is clearly evident in this thread.
But the spin still processed in the background. I tested it on some smaller stakes and it did add back to my balance on occasion. So yes it sucked not to watch the spin displayâŚbut I think they were actually processing in the background and balances are accurate. And I am about 20% sure about thisâŚ
