Wow! Missing a thousand from the slot error yesterday is crazy but I can see how individuals played more than once. When I refreshed yesterday, my balance at first appeared to be unchanged so I tried to play again just to see if I needed to clear cache etc. Eventually, my balance decreased randomly.

I am not excusing those missing a lot but I am explaining why I tried to play it a second time. It would have been different if the balance decreased immediately. Either way, I’m only out a couple dollars.

It did decrease immediately I spun twice a dollar a spin and was smart enough too say this isn’t probably gonna pay too spin much more. Let alone THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of spins. Haha dumb.

You may be right but I had no way of knowing one way or the other. It’s just a bad look even if the spin did happen in the background. I had a bonus round on Larry’s tavern when it timed out the first time but it never brought me back to the bonus page.

I probably would have won all of $25 on the bonus but it’s more the uncertainty of it that’s frustrating. I like to at least watch and see how I lose my money. :sunglasses:

Better off with no updates right now…I feel like the next one isn’t gonna make the rank and file very happy…their gonna have to come off their post that comp is coming today…and i don’t see the rubes dealing with that well.

It’s interesting the mass confusion about reimbursement - returning a player’s money that was directly loss due to slot failure vs compensation - funds given for the inconvenience caused by several weeks of DDOS attacks. Reimbursement and Compensation are not the same thing.

I mean people lost money due to the site issues and I’m not talking about hypothetical bets they would have placed. I had bets that showed as one thing but were very far off so I mean there’s reimbursement needed for that.

I do see your side as well. I think now that the slot issues seem to be fixed and compensation for the site issues seeming to be already figured out I think they should send that out before opening another can of worms but who knows man

Either way people are going to mad if you handle one before the other so it’s a no win situation but assuming they have compensation figured out why not take care of that issue then move to the next. Idk either way it’s being handled in a way that a lot of people disagree with and there’s really nothing we can say or do that will change that

That sounds like something you need to be bringing up with the Mods because how would they be able to tell those wagers apart from legit wagers that people have been placing for the past month with no issues? How could they compensate for it if they can’t even tell who it happened to?

I have brought it up and they have helped out but at the same time they also said the sports team said there were no issues with anything so again it’s a no win situation. I can say what was wrong on my end but it’s up to them and if they say everything was fine then no matter what I say it’s gonna stand

Matty has helped me out with some of those wagers but I couldn’t keep going back to him knowing it was my fault for betting when issues were happening
