Gotcha. Yeah, reimbursement for those is reasonable, but I also understand from an IT perspective, what the database, system logs and history are telling me doesn’t always match up with what the end user says happened. Sometimes I can prove they are mistaken and others, 🤷.

Hahaha exactly, I know there are issues with lines sometimes and I can take pictures of it but if they say no issues then it is what it is lol.
Again they are dealing with a lot of issues so I choose to believe they would have loved to get this compensation out already but unforeseen issues with the slots screwed them. Nothing they can do there but I said it about a week ago that the marketing team should have had this comp already figured out and as soon as the green light was given that this issues were gone that the comp should have been added.
I don’t believe any of the conspiracy theorists here saying bovada is going down I just think it wasn’t handled great and sometimes that happens

If they don’t find a match for your amount they give you the next highest offer. Sometimes it’s as low as $10. But you have to request 20 to start.

if you do it for $20 and no one is available, it asks if you want to change it based on who’s available and sometimes there’s a dude who has $15 left in their bid (probably put $50 offer and someone bid $35 for the first trade)
