Despite the DDOS claim and their guarantee that our funds are totally safe, why does Bovada still accept our deposits but wonāt approve withdrawals? Sounds like one must be a total idiot to still play this site during this time period (and probably even after this gets fixed - IF it ever gets fixed). The website security department should all be fired, and Bovada needs to add a hardware firewall plus a lot of other things to help protect their site. DDOS attacks have been around a long time, but I donāt recall any other gambling site having these problems anytime recently. I guess these other sites had enough sense to realize they run a multi-million dollar enterprise with other peopleās money and need to protect it! Bovada simply messed up big-time. A lot of customers will never come back.
This is why I get nonstop calls from Panama? Goof to know as I have ignored them. It is a hassle though, multiple a day for weeks.
If you have the funds then try out other sites. I have 4 I use and although they may not be as convenient as Bovada at least they work. I learned in 2011 from Black Friday in the poker world where one day I woke up to find over 6K in funds was locked and sure was shut down to never again put all my eggs in 1 basket ( Or site ) again. You can come back to check on updates or to see if you get compensated but putting more money on or wasting your time losing on slots or poker with the issues theyāre having right not is absolutely NUTS in my opinion
A couple of years ago Betonline was completely annihilated for days by a cyber attack. It was much worse than what Bovada is experiencing, although it didnāt take them as long to deal with it.

Have you ever got hit with 100 pop ups that say we can not complete your request while trying to play? Pretty aggravating and seems like this happens while running/playing good poker.

@moderators PLEASE REASPOND. I am not asking for compensation. I am not asking for free spins. I know I am a tiny fish in this pond. I will not threat you with taking my money elsewhere, because I know my absence will mean nothing to your bottom line. I do not deposit thousands of dollars a month. But I have deposited hundreds of dollars a year for many years. I have been a loyal patronage to your site since the Bodog era, so I think that should account for something. At the very least a response.
I asked 24 hours ago about a concern to emails and phone calls I found suspicious, and have yet to be addressed. Especially in light of the ongoing cyber issues you are dealing with.
I am frustrated. Maybe you believe I am just another āentitled Americanā. I know I have no power to force anything, I am just asking you to be a āpersonā and talk to me.
To be fair, I very much liked Bovada. I have felt comfortable here. I have had ups and downs, but have always come back. Maybe thatās the gambler in me. But things have hit a tipping point. Bovadaās lack openness, and treating me as something than needs to be managed, instead of a person who has concerns, is. . . . sad.
I just cashed out my tiny balance (and it is tiny). Nothing you with miss. I am self aware to know that. I am not saying I will never play here again. But I will be open for other site to earn the loyalty I have shown to Bovada and her sister sites.
To be repetitive, I do not want money, points, or tickets. I just want you to hear me.
I believe this is getting stupid they are losing a lot of customers What they should do is compensate for the last two weeks with an email saying please bear with us heās compensation and hopefully will be resolved in the next week what day it is resolved you receive more compensation
Where did I defend incompetence? Where did I take Bovadaās side? I didnāt do either.

Unfortunately you are one of many my friend. Itās pretty sad that we literally beg a site thatās built to take our money to be better. Iāve sent many an email to the CS and moderators email accounts with suggestions and recommendations of how to make the site better⦠mainly by standardizing the player rewards system and basing player perks on ACTUAL ārecent activityā instead of just deposits and withdrawals. Bovada does not look at ācoin inā or the amount of āactionā you give them when considering free play bonuses, points drops, etc. like every brick and mortar casino on the planet. They only look at what you deposit and withdraw. The people that run this site have no idea what theyāre doing.

Go back and re-read my post, thereās no defending of Bovada at all. If you need to resort to personal attacks to make yourself feel better, have at it.
And @ moderator literally if you look at my account I have been here six years A deposit multiple times daily I play all the time and literally for two weeks now the site has had issues I start a deposit it again but itās still unacceptable we got an email saying well weāre still fixing the site all these people going to leave if this doesnāt make sense I donāt want them to leave because if they leave then you guys will go out of business I actually do like the site and I like played I like the Slots but we should have more information
