Site Stability Updates - 2

Wow bovada has literally just turned into a Big dumpster :fire:
What a shame!! Site stability had over 3500 posts with literally 20 of them being from moderators that told us nothing of any substance other than that they had no updates and people fighting (including myself) :joy:
Now we are onto Site stability -2 and we had one post essentially from moderators with an update and then the rest posts of all the problems (account draining, poker and slot) problems and more fighting. Well dive Bovada you should be PROUD !!

bovada turning to absolute shit. they want players to continue to deposit to an unsecure site, but also won’t give any free play to players who have given them thousands and thousands of dollars for years.

@Matty_Bovada Thank you for your PM response. I asked you to be heard and you did. Thank you. I wish you responded in public, I think your response was very informative and would have helped the concerns of others.

But
you didn’t answer the last question. “Why would you ask for deposits when your site is broken?”

I know I am picking at scabs here, but I think it is at the crux of problem here. That problem being, it feels like Bovada has no self awareness. It doesn’t understand how it comes across to players. Even worse, it doesn’t seem to care.

I know you guys have been getting pummeled the past couple of weeks. And some of the criticism has been over the top, So, if I am willing to say some of the criticism is unreasonable, then can you say some of is legitimate. That much of the pain is self-inflictive due to Bovada’s laissez faire attitude.

I would love an honest back and forth conversation between Bovada and the community. I ask this question both to @moderators and the community, how do we start that. Not a forum where we players just demand perks, but also where moderators don’t just give us “canned” responses.

I don’t have the answers to this question, and maybe no one wants this, but I am open to listen.

What a beautiful day to roll out the comps aye @moderators Doesn’t get much better than a Saturday with tons of sports to wager on.

I would like to see all these sites under attack take accountability, and shutdown until the problem is resolved. Staying open and accepting deposits on a broken and unsecure site is what bothers me the most. It just comes off as such a money grab, and a disregard to their customers.

If you’re losing money getting booted from multiple sitngo
.why would you keep joining them

It feels very predatory towards those with a gambling addiction.

Anyone with no self control shouldn’t be on a gambling website to begin with

What people should or shouldn’t do is one’s opinion. The fact that gambling is an addiction is real, and should not be taken advantage of.

@Chico_123 the question you raised is very fair. So to touch on that, the DDOS just created heavy traffic resulting in either the site not coming up (so in this case, you wouldn’t be able to deposit anyway) or you could’ve experienced a lag. But the lag or reload page wouldn’t have had any negative financial impact since the spin you had or etc, would still have been paid out correctly as a win or loss based on the result. So during the time, deposits and withdrawals alike could be completed as usual. But we do 100% accept full responsibility and accountability for the negative playing experience thats has been provided over the last couple of weeks and because of that; this is where our promotions team will be collectively working on compensation for everyone affected who didn’t experience the level of play that we so highly set for ourselves.

At think at this point Bovada just needs to pick a compensation date and just tell everyone, so they stop worrying about.

How did the DDoS attacks factor into some people having bitcoin deposits not being credited last weekend? In some cases as many as 4 days later

“Compensation for everyone affected” Thats the verbiage that is going to screw some people out compensation. To my knowledge everyone was affected. Or it sure does seem like it. Some may not have been affected in the casino on slots because they sports bet. But believe me there was still plenty of issues on the live platform for sports

Is this return to normalcy expected within a week or 2 or is this gonna take a month or 2 or all summer ?

I think the biggest thing is we want more communication as the previous poster told you eloquently .

Transparency, communication and some sort of urgency.

Mr. Matty
obviously everyone on here was affected
My question is this
Do you know yes or no whether the tech team can detect someone trying to log into the website and their log in failed?

I would assume that would be way to advanced for this tech team. An update usually eats their lunch

@freaksforum You flat said the operating of the website is the issue but it’s not impacting account balances. Sorry Mr. Elder Statesmen the website not working properly in live action has absolutely impacted my balances.
