If you guys recall, one of the Mods (James or Matty I think) did say several hours ago in here that the comp would be in the form of Reward Points. Do you guys recall that too?

Got two 50k reward point drops I can redeem. So it’s based on your activity. If you wanted more should of played more.
They have to stabilize and then the task of back tracking and figure out the issues on account by account basis. Its like an insurance company trying to get valuation for each passenger after a plane crash.

Definitely we are going to get more it’s no doubt just this problem is the longest , and for sure the messiest they dealt with so I’m trying to emphasize because it’s the longest and the most messiest outage yet .
One of the 50k reward drops was for the casino issues yesterday. I deposited over 22k in the last 32 days and received a single $50 bonus. So it wasn’t activity based nor was it teir based, despite being promised that it would be

Yes - BUT one of the Mods said on here earlier that it isn’t realistic to compensate players on a case-by-case basis (too unwieldy I guess).

There won’t be any more. Anyone who thinks there will be is kidding themselves. I say that as a long time user of bovada, who defended them earlier in this very thread.

Look at all the giveaways and promotions they been running this whole time while we been having issues. Not to mention they would not compensate one penny for a real issue that took funds from ones account but would surely offer you a deposit bonus if you asked. Sadly money and greed ruined it for everyone. They showed there true colors now its time for us to show ours.
But “played more” during a vague mention of a DDOS attack on their server???
They said they added reward points to my account but I don’t see any
Yo at least we got something. Would be even better if a mod could confirm this was just the start and there will be more comp… but I guess I’m hopeful
