This is a complete failure from the CEO down to the pee-on customer service representatives. The LACK of communication is unreal and is going to cost Bovada A LOT of loyal customers.
Even reading these posts, I see several varying comments. There is no reason why the mods are absolutely silent now when it is a vital time for Bovada. This shitshow could have been prevented with transparency and communication from the beginning. Very bad look for such an industry leader.
