its okay depending on your tier it was like 20-50 dollars worth of points. Hope you do get them. They will be under your reward tab under bonuses. But yeah. Pretty cheese for 3 weeks of bullshit.

@James I don’t know how to dm on this site so ill just leave this here. I hedge a ton and utilize the cash out feature a ton. The outage probably cost me approx. $500. I didn’t keep detailed records of it as I was confident the comp would cover it. Wow…was i wrong. As a red room member with 30m points who plays all day everyday i don’t think it would be a stretch to think this three weeks of not being able to login or deposit or cash out would impact me that much…but the way things have tightened over the past three weeks I don’t think I could handle another F U anyway. So I’ll just move on and play loyally knowing the world has changed. Super disappointed.

Well, i wrote them an email, in a very disapproving tone, how this semi recreational/degenerate gambler who’s been a very good customer for many years felt incredibly shorted by the compensation tonight.
Man 20$ is such a joke. Going to have to take my talents of losing money elsewhere cause bovada doesn’t deserve it

Draftkings is pretty good if its legal in your state. I mean bovada has the best deposit bonuses because they are cash bonuses and sites like DK and FD dont really ■■■■ with that. But I got to an upper tier of VIP at DK and they were inviting me to VIP watch parties at the casino… booking me hotel suites… sent me to a luxury suite VIP event at a Pittsburgh Penguins game. Hooked me up with pens tickets club seats for my bday. They treat their VIPs to an array of cool shit. Bovada… doesnt have customer care like that for their hall of famers… but… I will give Bovada this they have the best deposit bonuses. only 5x and cash… soo yee. Fan duel’s vip is much more mediocre its straight loss back pretty much 25% every so often they just dump 25% of what you have lost into your account as a bonus. Or you can request it as sports tickets or event shit like that. Been Hall of Fame a while now over here at bovada… getting 25% bonuses dont even get the 2 bonuses a week anymore… site malfunctions for 3 weeks… get 50 bucks in compensation. feels… disgusting. gg.
