I think FF told me the other day they are revamping their rewards soon. DK always been good to me but that sounds awesome with the legit life experiences. I mean I have deposited hundreds of thousands here. Even getting those service fees. Probably have like 40-50k in fees. I’m moving on fellas

I easily deposit 50k a year. I know many more deposit substantially more. Say a very modest 2000 people (which is a modest number) move on after this fiasco. That is $100 Million per year in revenue losses. I don’t care how big of company they are, annual decreases in the hundreds of Millions will hurt…

Yeah I am struggling to shake this as well. I don’t blame them for what they did…but if I am going to dump half a million a year at a place it isn’t gonna be at a place that yanks 100% of every bonus program from me because their site has issues. I am just totally lost. Literally the site implodes and this is the time to pull back on everything? God I hope I have the courage to move back.

I just don’t get why mods refused to answer any questions in this thread when so many people are tagging them. Sending messages doesn’t seem to work, tagging them doesn’t work, then they get mad when people start to speculate (even if it’s wrong).

Just got off the phone with agents. They all say the same thing this is all the compensation that is gonna be given and they wont be no more. So $14 dollars in points for 22 days of issues is really what you give ? LOL this is a insult. You guys should be ashamed . GG and i wont be depositing another penny on this site unless i am compensated for my issues,

Got 3 messages about the samething today from bovada (shouldnt i then get 3 bonus from this since the site stability is not effecting this), then i get the bonus one time and after i was doing decent by pretty much breaking even in 5 minutes of playing on dragon siege slot. Then during the free spin after getting a decent win of (decent for lately since i nirmally for a few weeks getting 3$ or less and 0$ more than not) i get it frozen and telling me that it needs to restart. Then after that i had my game freeze 4 more times, i had the game just spin the reels for an extra 20 to 30 seconds and a lot of lagging. I mean if i did not know better after the game forced me to restart during my free spins i ended up losing non stop. Seems strange that they told me my bad luck is not effected by the site stability, but its hard to imagine its not when this happen AGAIN. IF not that then i feel like the restart when i finally started to win on a free spin was intentional since i was told that bad luck not site stability earlier this week when it happened before.
Also why is there no warning still when it is obviously still effecting the casino games??
I can care less if i lose, but losing after glitches, and errors seems different than just losing a bet or s normal game. I mean i have lost tens of thousands this year alone. It sucks but thats on me. These site problem seems like they are something else…
