Is there new leadership at Bovada or something? How has the culture shifted so fast and so hard on bonuses. Literally went from a generous posture for 100 years to absolutely nothing starting about three weeks ago. @moderators is there any explanation or transparency?

@Paul_Bovada no something has changed. As players it’s clear we feel it and to not acknowledge is weird. Bonus dollars virtually disappeared overnight. Our world here changed and got way tighter. Transparency and/or acknowledgement would help.

There’s no transparency , there is like it seems no empathy is coming from the BOVADA team all though all the long loyal trusted players gave them empathy . Guess the joke is on us . And they got us good , real good .

Moderators any explanation just to ease our minds what happened that the flip was just switched on us …. There are a lot of players who are just waiting for something real to just be explained to us .
You guys couldn’t have transparency through this whole 3 weeks the least you guys can do and I believe owe us is give us an explanation please .

Is anyone else still waiting for their rewards? I received 4 letters but no deposit.
It’s not even just comp on the outage…like literally the crypto program vanished, spot bonuses vanished, deposit matches virtually gone? Is there regulatory/legal concerns in the US that is driving this? Are you concerned you are going to get locked out of the US market and the plan is to maximize profit while you can? That would explain this short cited approach to comp?

Not fair by me…there is one new bonus program a host told me about last week. After getting the big F U when I asked for a deposit bonus…then she explained how my CRYPTO bonus no longer exists as well…I was like " So literally I am not eligible for any bonus program?"
Her reply? “I will keep my fingers crossed here while you try our new slot game”
My bonus program is a host crossing her fingers for me.

Figured I’d sleep this one off but I’m still at a loss of words. I think the folks that had been stating this is a bigger issue from the beginning we’re indeed correct. There is no explanation from anyone and it’s a cowardice move on Bovadas part. Slots going down for a few hours equates to website issues for 3 weeks. Website down for four days 6 months ago equated to a 250 dollar comp.
I’ve been around here for over a decade and it’s apparent things are happening. They’ve been happening since the beginning of the year. On top of that, right under our nose folks this was just the icing on the cake. Shameful.
I would have understood that 50 dollars in reward points being hey guys we’re still working out the kinks but would like to send this out until it’s fully functioning properly.
Spoke with a CS agent last night via chat who stated the slots issue was indeed a part of the DDoS attack and the reason behind 50 dollars in comp was Bovadas fear of more problems happening in the next days, weeks. Leaving Bovada in a position for more compensation. He specifically mentioned peoples accounts randomly losing money, casino stalling, poker issues, etc. I really appreciated his honesty and candor it’s more that what I can say for anyone else I’ve encountered at Bovada.

Lmfao. Nothing has changed? I keep mostly quiet on here but I will call you out on this. Thats a frickin straight up lie. Plenty has changed over my time here. Say whatever you want. Chat agents and phone agents have all usually had different things to say which everyone then reports here and everyone takes it a different way because you BOVADA and your team have more stories than dr.Seuss . Every single agent almost tells us something differnt. Help us out . Someone just speak up PLEASE
Some people have put a lot of years loyalty and money on it , kinda hard to leave .
