A few things that wasn’t addressed was a few why’s .
Like why is the December outage compensation more than this compensation for this outage that is 3x longer than December ,
Like why did you guys tell us you guys would look at every individual account because everyone was affected differently but didn’t do it and then flipped the switch and gave everyone the same bonus according to tiers
Like why did the players that didn’t even get affected get the same compensation as heavily affected players .
Like why did you guys do the loyal , long patient players of BOVADA wrong.
Like why did you guys prolong this whole thing with a lot of misleading information and straight up not telling us the truth .
Like why was there no transparency .
Like why you guys couldn’t even live up to your guys own guarantee of updating us constantly like it said in one of your guys tabs on the front page …
Like no one has given us really anything besides a misleading update every 9 and 3 quarter of a day

I know it’s not the answer you’re looking for, but the reality is that you/me/we/all of us send our money to an offshore, unregulated business with no oversight when we use bovada. For everyone that threatens to leave or stop depositing, there will always be a new member willing to dish out their money - hence the lack of care. They play by their own rules and since there’s no oversight, they can change those rules and guidelines as they wish. Many people still live in places where gambling isn’t legal and therefore this creates an environment that lacks competition. When there’s not a lot of competition, money always rules the day and it’s a business, they’re going to do what makes them more profit. They had a month to think about the response and how to handle it, this isn’t some response that was thought of in a 5 min meeting. This is a purposeful message about the company’s priorities and bottom line profit.

I agree with you. That is the reality, but to give them just a little credit, the past 10 years they were pretty solid. Best book in my opinion. That said. Something happened at the beginning of 2022. My opinion is they are being swallowed up by all of these other US sites and needed to make up for the lost profit. But like you said it’s the bottom line and when it all boils down too it. You and I are just Joe Schmo. They don’t give two shits because they know people will either keep playing or they will find new customers. I know it’s backwards but, you can already see the trend with some of the newer folks receiving better benefits. I’m not talking about the comp but crypto cash back, bonuses, etc. They are turning a stone and for those of us that have been around for a number of years we’re being fu@k3d.

Yeah - Nothing in a business is “random”. It’s all very well studied based on spending habits, how often they deposit, which games they play, how often you withdraw, how often you login, how much time you spend on the site, and I’m sure other sophisticated algorithms that maximize profit. There’s no such thing as “random” accounts getting cash back and others not. No such thing as “random” accounts getting rewards drops, etc. - or certain accounts being eligible for Bitcoin exclusive membership. They will try to maximize profit by targeting specific users in specific ways in order to get more money and at the end of the day, profit more. This is the essence of making money. Bovada isn’t dumb or random. Decisions and lack of decisions or follow through is very thought out.
