So no information in our accounts were compromised? Serious question because I am certainly not a computer guy

You don’t support confusing or inaccurate details ? Bovada literally kept us in the dark for a week. You told people the site and their money was safe and yet many people have had money literally drained from their accounts when they weren’t even on. You have had to find ways to get their money back and told others you couldn’t help them :joy:. Is it not confusing to tell people their money is safe and the have their money disappear? Is it not confusing to tell people once every 2 days you have no updates? Is that not literally the definition of confusing or inaccurate on bovadas part ? What exactly are you guys doing to work on these issues ? I see Bovada cares so much about their loyal customers by how hard their working yo get this solved in such a timely manner and how transparent they’ve been through this whole ordeal. Really first class !!

That would be accurate as a DDoS attack is mainly to affect how the product functions. A DDoS attack is like an unexpected traffic jam clogging up the highway, preventing regular traffic from arriving at its destination.

Why haven’t y’all stopped taking deposits until this has been fixed? Why is this not a “let’s shut down completely for a few days and go all hands on deck to fix this?” And how is the bovada Twitter account able to do multiple giveaways when there still has been no compensations given?

Definitely frustrating and ridiculous. If you ask me it’s a little misleading to not let your customer know that the site was under a DDoS attack. I definitely wouldn’t have pissed away the amount I did while spinning $100 if I knew the site was under attack that caused all these latency issues

been having major issues on slots lv. games are getting stuck and won’t reload no matter what I do. A chat agent told me to reset my internet and clear my cache lol. Then escalated my case and told me to just wait two days. After I asked about compensation he said they are unable to add any compensation for the outages. Unbelievable!!!

If you support inaccurate information you may as well take down that bs player guarantee after seeing how we’re treated the last 3 weeks. Talk about hypocrisy

Some people are not capable of apologizing and admitting they lied and made mistakes. The longer they hide the truth and keep some people believing it’s safe, the more deposits they can keep coming in by these poor people. Imagine a company literally repeatedly lying and feeding you BS after BS responses they’re told to say and getting people to still give them money and use their broken services :joy: SMH… I don’t even know what to say anymore bro
