guys we should make real good use of the time that Ryan is here with us. Make good question and suggestions. Donât push him away yet.
Thatâs exactly my point. Weâre giving Bovada a way out here by allowing them to bury these updates in the thread. If they create a thread for âupdatesâ that they donât update, they canât blame us for asking the same questions over and over. Not blaming the mods here, but it will at least put in perspective how little responsibility Bovada is actually taking here.

@Matty_Bovada did they receive a warning at all? Just curious. Not trying to stir the pot just wondering if that happens before folks get suspended. Two weeks sounds a bit much.
I understand you need to follow the rules but folks are feeling pretty shafted by whoever is making these decisions. I really hope you guys are seeing that and understanding why folks are pretty ticked off.
This isnât the first DDoS attack in the history of the internet. Companies have dealt with these cyber issues for years in an appropriate timeframe, with transparency and updates to their customers at the same time. The player guarantee has been nothing like itâs discussed.

@Matty_Bovada is a good dude. I couldnât imagine working for the upper management. I would assume this is driving them up the wall.

@Matty_Bovada If you are âdiscussingâ opening a new board for official updates, does that make the assumption that these issues are going to be ongoing for awhile and we wonât have resolution or compensation for some time yet? All people are asking for is to be thrown a bone. A real timeline, a real update, some additional compensation. Any or all of the above.
