You exactly right. They are going nowhere. 100 percent nailed it
Absurd policy of â we canât dispute our customers accusations so we will just say itâs wrong and ban them insteadâ
Wow. Suspending active people on this forum who are sharing an opinion from a players perspective. I thought Iâd seen it all. What a shame.
Lack of the ole freedom of speech done trickled into a forum which is made up of opions. That shit is too funny
I understand moderators can only share so much, I get it. But people are feeling toyed around here and are frustrated. I was under the impression this forum was for discussing the good the bad and the ugly.
This whole thing wouldnât have spiraled to the depths of heavens gate if some real transparency was being provided. Speculation wouldnât have happened. I stand by everyone else when I say to be left in the dark about this cyber attack was not the correct move. Not a good business move.
I have had no issues the past week with depositing, withdrawing, and using the sportsbook, but have been staying away from the Poker tables because of all the issues. Not sure if this âdisqualifiesâ me from any compensation, but it has deterred me from using the poker client.
Just as an additional note to this, there is a difference between posting an opinion and spamming it a number of times across threads and posts. Both these players had essentially stated the same item over multiple threads and posts to a point where this was not constructive. They also had more than a few instances of attacking players that had provided some other context.
These are specifically noted in the Code of Conduct:
You will not post the same message and/or communication repeatedly to more than one thread or topic section. Otherwise known as âcross postingâ which will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended temporary or permanently;
You will not be allowed to âspamâ any of the platforms offered on the Website.
You will not exploit any platform offered on the Website to promote your or any personal and/or commercial agenda. (simply stating a number of unconfirmed items over and over would apply to personal agenda items)
So does this mean people who complain about it being rigged will be start getting banned now. The one thing I really liked about this community was it seemed like you guys let people say what they want even if they painted bovada in a bad way.
this site is a joke and everyone knows it now except you and the other people that work for it.
Milia was the last person to be mean to another member
Jokes maybe cmon Ryan post one thing outside of a few updates and timeline and each one had something different so thatâs not spamming if new info is provided
Bovada: âwe will ban members who provide inaccurate detailsâ
Also Bovada: âwe will provide no detailsâ
This is something that has in the past led to Community restrictions already if spammed.
Ryan - a humble suggestion: Why donât you create an âofficialâ thread that only contains updates from moderators and leave this one open for all of us to complain and speculate. Itâs impossible to sift through for the official information and, candidly, I think it will help hold Bovada accountable to provide real, useful updates.
This is the most Iâve seen a moderator post in a week! Amazing
I agree that mods should create a official thread and post daily updates
How am I supposed to remember TOYSRus works at a steakhouse if I donât get to see him post it every other day!!!
Well, If the issues hadnât been ongoing for over 3 weeks, then they wouldnât have to spam the same sentiment repeatedly. Also, more and more people continue to join the forums and need to see that info.
Quite funny how you site the code of conduct, when your company blatantly disregards its own rules lol
This is something weâre looking into for future updates. We will likely have 2 threads, one for feedback and one for our updates so they donât get lost in the thread.
