I feel for the CS agent that has to deal with this one….
We know all of this by now. The real question is how can a site retain what little credibility it has when you haven’t been able to give us an estimate or tell us what the problem is for two weeks. What’s worse… you’ve had CS agents and moderators claim the site was fixed while the banner is still on the home page and a pinned tweet on the Twitter account saying the same thing. This situation could not be handled any worse than it has been. There’s been mixed messaging on whether further compensation will be issued. People never got deposit bonuses because the bonus “expired” before their bitcoin deposit got credited 4 days later. This is just a summary of all the issues I’ve seen reading through this page.
As for bovada’s “player rewards system”, and I use the word rewards in the loosest possible way because we certainly don’t get rewarded much since early 2021… I’ll give you a prime example of how pathetic this site has become. At a Caesars casino it takes 75k coin in on slots in an ENTIRE YEAR to get Diamond status. I played 75k in action on this site over a 3 day stretch and managed to blow my roll on that 3rd day after some terrible beats. Next day I request free play from live chat and was given $40. This being a HOF player with over 9mil points, most of which I earned the last two years. This site will slowly but surely go el busto and we’re seeing the beginning of the end here because they can’t even afford a good enough technical team to keep the site running. Either that or the Chinese vendor they use is being blocked by US ISP’s and they’ve spent the last couple weeks moving pieces to mirror sites.

I have not had issues with the site since yesterday afternoon. But I do not want to fall for this lull in outages again. Want to deposit but site usually craps out on and off from noon to 5. Been better recently though. Seems like each day gets better
I had a few hours of time yesterday where I couldn’t log in, but it’s been fine for 24 hours now for me. I’m still not going to deposit till we get some kind of formal announcement, compensation, etc.
