This is incorrect. You were silenced for posting personal information on the thread. The post that you had removed was the reason for this, and wasn’t anything to do with the commitment posts which are still up.

But I was mistaken I posted screenshots of MY CALL LOGS about speaking with a supervisor bwho actually told me what happened…so before you hop on here thinking your correcting someone go find out some information about this debacle of a company… I don’t know sounds alot more productive RyGuy

If you were mistaken then I clearly didn’t lie. I accurately stated above that you weren’t silenced based on any commitment posts.

I know that these types of issues cause a lot of anger and uncertainty. But, the customer service reps and moderators have done an outstanding job providing information and support. I believe they deserve our utmost respect and gratitude. I’m very often the first to criticize, but I want all of us to remember how hard they are working to correct the different issues and enhance our gaming experience.

I always LOVED the MODS… but maybe the fast, efficient effort used to “silence”, should be used to make the site stable

This has gotten ugly…we’re all in the same boat!! Fighting amongst each other won’t get anything done. One thing that’s for sure, Bovada not going to let you pressure them into doing anything. Just getting all worked up for nothing and still nothing solved. Take a break, catch your breath and be patient

I was now told on phone that this was simply false info and that compensation has not started and the problems with the site are not fixed. like cmon get it together. (ps… was also told on phone she hopes everything is back up and running “this week or next week”… ha

We’ve all lost money and playing time. Some more than others, but we ALL want the same thing and that’s to be able to place a bet or two and cap a few games.
