I wish they would just have a firm timeline. Like itās been a week since the last update. Just a hey we are still working to resolve would suffice. But maybe have a daily update on the site.

Hey everyone quick update. I finally got to chat with someone and asked about me not getting my deposit bonus 7 days ago becasue the site was having issues. I was told even though I addressed it the day I deposited with support I am not entitled to anything unless I redeposit and since Iām still fairly new Iām not entitled to a freeplay. They feel like the 9 dollars in points 4 days ago was sufficient enough. You guys can do what you want with that info just figured Iād let you know

Why would I want to deposit after that? I deposited and got nothing. In what world is that ok? I know Iām not a high roller but why would I deposit when bonuses arenāt being credited due to site issue and then being told i donāt get the one I should have gotten unless I deposit again

I get it but out of your hands man just do another deposit if you want that bonus, unfair yes but go on a streak and get that bonus on your own x10 and stick it to them that way
Man the forgiveness of this site is unreal. People were just saying how deposits were taking days to go through. Withdraws werenāt being accepted and youāre telling me to deposit more when there is absolutely no guarantee I even get the bonus or am able to withdraw is absolutely mind-blowing

Absolutely insane. All I wanted was my deposit bonus and i would have shut up and took any other compensation and been happy like I said im not a high roller and donāt want higher up type comp points but with all the issues they really want me to deposit again itās wild
