I get it man and you’re not wrong I’m just irritated that I want so little and was told I’m not entitled to anything even tho I did everything right. I’ve withdrawn multiple times already before this happened and if they Comp everyone I’ll be working towards another one I just can’t in good faith put more money on at the time with what’s going on is all

Lets do the math

This site gets roughly 3.4 million visitors per month

Every day that goes by without resolution or comp theyre losing players and deposits

Even if only 3% of their customer base leaves thats 102k customers

Lets say each of those 102k people only loses 200 bucks per month here ( likely a low estimate )

Thats 20 4M per month theyre losing

252M per year

Even if they gain new users theyre still not recouping that money

Lets say they give out 250 on average in comp to all 3.4 million users

Thats 850M in free play

The vast majority of people are going to lose the comp before they hit playthrough

The ones who do hit playthrough most arent going to automatically cash out and will lose it all eventually and even those who do cashout most will end up redepositing

Literally the ONLY way this costs Bovada long term money is if they lose clients pernanently to other sites. And that only happens if they dont take care of them

IF Bovada goes cheap ( or not at all ) on comp it points to them valuing short term gain over long term stability and thats only a viable plab for a company if they dont plan on being around long term in which case why would a player wabt to stay?

To me the only people who will really benefit are the smaller players. Idk how they’ll compensate “bigger players” to make it worth it.

Me personally I played 300k of action the last 31 days and lost about 20k during this outage. I was stupid enough to continue to deposit with all the latency and site problems. Nothing says degen like continuing to play a slot game that keeps refreshing you out, the animation constantly lagging and freezing, and the live betting latency issues that put in a diff line than what you were seeing.

I don’t consider myself a whale or a big player by any means, but even for what I play, the compensation last year for the few days of outage was like $50-300 (higher end) and that was no where near good enough for me. I really don’t know how they’ll compensate the more high stakes guys but I would hope it is fair because that’s what mods have continued to reiterate.
