I have some good news to share. I contacted chat regarding making a deposit this evening to wage on the evening baseball games; unless there were any reported outages/stability at this time. I received this positive response; meaning the site is essentially back to normal!
Why is the banner still up then and why no compensation if the site is stable?
Does anyone actually think we will get comp for this? Iād love it donāt get me wrong but also be v surprised
This is definitely great news for @James & the @moderators group! I am glad to see the site is up and running; and all the issues are taken care of. Must be a big relief for everyone; I just caught up reading the whole thread / and I am happy to be here with Bovada.
Well I would like to think so since moderators have made an emphasis on reviewing each account and providing a fair comp
I just ended a chat with a customer service rep and they 1. Donāt have compensation for us yet 2. Have no ETA on when the banner will be gone or when we will get compensated 3. They appear to be in the dark on any updates. Just so confusing all the way around. I still canāt get anything to play with for these inconveniences because I havenāt deposited in two weeks. And Iām still not going to deposit till compensated. Itās been two weeks of on and off log in and deposit issues. This all has been handled so poorly. This thread was supposed to be for constant updates from Bovada, but there hasnāt been one solid, trustworthy update in 6 days.

Iām hall of fameā¦been here about 10 yearsā¦nothing has been issued to me at all except 40 dollars about a week and a half agoā¦no 500 dollar bonus or 30 or whateverā¦I may just be unlucky or last in line, but I have been playing and depositing throughout this outage and nothing has been issued.
Hoping for some great news before the nba finals starts tomorrow!!!
All thats been issued as comp for the problems is the comp we got on the 26th ( the one you got )
That was either 20, 40 or 50 apparently

Just spoke with a CS agent who threw me a 20 spot lol (which I negotiated up from 10⦠which is strange bc I thought they ācould only do what the system would let themā?). Asked about whether we will be receiving any further compensation past the rewards points from last week. He said he didnāt know either way. So at least I finally came across one CS agent that didnāt lie. The communication between ādepartmentsā in this company might actually be as bad or worse than it is company to customer.
So your telling me the sites been down for well over a week now, and We are all waiting on you guys to fix this. Instead of bothering you guys with questions you canāt or donāt have answers to you are instead rewarding people who are constantly nagging you with money you guys should be dispersing yo all of us as compensation once itās fixed??

I just got told they are not offering comp
same. it just depends on what rep you get
Iāve tried twice the last few days and keep getting the same generic response saying they really wanted to but are unable at this time. Donāt know what the secret is. If the site is up with no issues for a couple consecutive days I may return to regularly depositing.
and giving us a nice outage bonus to gain our confidence in it working would be a no brainer at this point.
