It’s a little concerning if customer service res are saying knething while moderators are saying another and that everyone is getting different messages
I only got the free play because I deposited a very small amount of bitcoin yesterday to see if it would actually work. Keep in mind I’m HOF level with 9.3mil points… so considering I used to get $80-100 upon request (which shouldn’t have to happen), and until early last year regularly received $200-800 worth of points drops… $20 is a slap in the face.

I trust the moderators far more than a CS chat rep. Just my experience. Moderators have the power to do some things while CS doesn’t.

Buddy everything about this site and this situation is concerning. That’s why you see all the screenshots on this page of people who have the grey player thing which means HOF level and you see their balance is zero. That’s because we’re not playing on this shit show anymore until it’s fixed.

im HoF too. I feel like I have to lose a huge amount to get like 10% of my total loss in points drop every few months
That was until early 2021 lol mine quit coming at the same time everyone else did. My last points drop in 2021 was in Feb or March for like 800 something worth of points. Now you only get them if your net loss exceeds 1k in a day from what I understand.

My point drops were constant last year. They were every 2-3 weeks depending on if i was a net loss. I was hosted so they were every 5 days if I requested of course I had to be in the negative. Now I’m not hosted not sure if they will be the normal frequency or not. I’ve had 1 this past month and I’ve been unhosted for a month. My point drops vary dramatically cause in my deductive reasoning they are a % of net losses since your last drop. Hope this helps anyone understanding or trying to understand point drop.
I always feel like I have to be a huge loser to ever get those points drop. My net loss probably around 50k if not more in my ~4 years with bovada. Bovada is indeed very convenient to play and withdraw.

very intelligent , and frankly a major portion of the account holders are the united states …. gambeling jyst became legal in mass .I should say it just finally starting to open all the casinos up so it’s just a matter of time before they finish the one near my house… and I understand with gambling there becomes an enhanced risk of losing that’s part of the game and honestly my losses are far more than my wins but that is never deterred me from coming back continually in fact it keeps me chasing that big win because sometimes I do get big wins and it’s addicting and it’s fun and it’s amazingly attractive…//: it’s really hard to put down it’s almost like impossible but then when you start experiencing these negative situations day after day week after week for an extended period of time it becomes like a bad relationship that you actually start to feel the feeling of wanting to stay away from because it’s ruining your day , all the time …/Bovada depends on the fact that we all have some form of attraction or addiction to this gaming and they assume we just won’t stop no matter what…. but what they don’t realize is there’s a threshold people cross when they just can’t do it anymore and it makes it easier for them to walk away I think that line is crossing with a lot of their customers the past couple weeks pushing them so far back that is not urge to gamble is less and less because the pleasure sensors in the brain are associating a night at bovada as a negative because to the fact that every experience you’re experiencing lately they’re negative there’s no actual risk to win anymore it just becomes a lost cause
