I get there is an issue, but the real issue is no transparency at all. It has been a week and the only update is that they are working on it. Well what are they doing? It shouldn’t take weeks for any legitimate company to fix the ongoing issues. I love Bovada but damn it is frustrating.

Upon reviewing the Bovada player guarantee, I noticed that Bovada has violated multiple pieces of their player guarantee that was posted to their own forums by an employee. I encourage everyone to contact support by whatever means they use and ask that Bovada make right for their own incompetences.

I just talked to a customer service rep who isn’t aware of any site outages or planned compensation, isn’t aware of the issue 7d into the statement linked on THE HOME PAGE.

The only thing a bit worrisome to me is this is on the “main page” in regards to updates with ‘stability’ and in a few week’s time, there hasn’t been a single update.
