So over customer service agents treating me awfully, wasting hours of my time acting like they know more then us. Entitled, demeaning, and over it!!! Not sure how there egos are so boosted considering they are supposed to work FOR THE PLAYER!

Truly amazing that bovada can sit around and do nothing while customers of every tier complain about every aspect of the website right now from sports betting to slots to deposits to withdrawals and feel no responsibility to alleviate the stress of anyone. The only answer given to any sort of issue is either ā I donāt know ā or āyou somehow misunderstood or messed upā this is a complete failure by bovada to address any issues for almost 2 weeks and has made it very clear that no oneās issues, is an issue to them. Please stop depositing money into this broken website until they realize what their lack in customer care has done to their business.

Very well stated! I can relate quite well to what you have articulated. And you nailed it! I have seen a gambler on Twitter post some of his sports parlay bets that (apparently) won. One has to realize what is real and what is not in the world of gambling. The odds of guessing heads or tails 10 times straight are very slim. So even though a sports bettor thinks his edge is higher than 50-50 (and maybe it is slightly so) for each leg of a parlay bet, the basic odds are .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 x .5 = .098% (less than 1/10th of one percent) that he will hit all 10 legs of the parlay. I rarely sports bet. But on Twitter a guy said to me: āMan - this guy is real! He made $80,000!ā to which I replied back: āHow do you know he doesnāt have 5 million dollars and has lost several million, BUT he posted his one winner out of 300 losses and appears to the Twitter community to be a genius?ā I saw no reply back!
Gambling is an adrenaline rush for us adrenaline junkies, and is probably (when we win big) producing a huge rush of dopamine, endorphins, or whatever it is that makes us feel pleasure. But the sad truth is this: If it was so easy to make a ton of money gambling, EVERYONE would be doing it! The land-based casinos donāt pay their electric bills and for their rooms and chandeliers by losing money. In fact, one astute poker player actually owns his own casino (he knows the real odds). So while it is tough to do, we should play for fun, a limited fixed budget, and with our headsā¦not over them. Easy to say, but difficult to do! (Thanks for your reply)!

Iāve seen some others post here about an outage that occurred in December. Iāve been with bovada for years but was using another book more frequently at the time of the December outage. Just curious as to how this one relates to it and if most folks felt bovada relatively took care of their customers during after the outage?

Site Stability is a very generalized excuse that they could continue to utilize to buy them time til crypto rises .
In the first 10+ days there were certainly issues I admit.
Now going on closer to a monthā¦

With the apparent lack of communication between departments at Bovada it makes me wonder if , during the December outage, the live chat reps were all at work thinking āman we musr be killing it these last 4 days. No one has contacted us with a single issueāā¦

Normally they take a little break til 4am though tonite it does seem like no one is to be found throughout the night. Strange
