Is there some way to contact customer service? Live chat loads then doesn’t work, phone number doesnt work, and also i sent several emails and i’ve never gotten a response. I even went forward with trying to reach you guys through twitter and instagram and i cant get a hold of anyone. I really need to speak with someone im having a serious account issue that requires customer service.

@moderators Can you explain significance of Bovada and it’s purported “sister” sites (I say “purported,” because “sister” site/company in the context of legal entities is a term of art referring to having the same parent company, but I believe Bovada’s parent company has always been distinct) of Slots.lv, ignition.eu, and cafecasino.lv all getting April 27, 2022 through July 31, 2022 eGaming licenses in Curaçao? (Note, in the case of Bovada, license is actually April 28, 2022 through July 31, 2022.)

I also noticed there is no longer any reference to any of the four sites on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission website. (I know Bovada stopped pursuing license renewal in or about 2016, but this is new for ignition.eu and/or its parent (perhaps former parent?) company Lynton Limited.) And this of course deals with regulatory licensing (as distinct from the intellectual property/eGaming license), but also seems strange given its seeming very recent occurrence and the statements about being “sister” sites.
Anyway, 3 months and a few days sure seems like a short amount of time to have a license for intellectual property that is otherwise used by all of the sites continuously. Unless of course you are trying to consolidate the affiliation of 4 off-shore casino brands in a short period of time in an attempt to retain a semblance of relevance in a US market growing with competition and saturation in the gaming market. Thoughts?

Okay, what does this mean in layman’s terms upon expiration of that July 31st deadline that you posted?
Honestly couldn’t tell you. But I am speculating there is a significance / providing fact for why I think there’s a significance.
Biggest thing of relevance in my eyes is that ignition/slots.lv/cafecasino (all owned by Lynton Limited) no longer licensed by Kahnawake Gaming Commission: https://www.gamingcommission.ca/interactiveURL.htm
Bovada had been the odd man out (although they were always “called” sister sites) as it was owned by Mohawk Morris Gaming Group. And it did not pursue another license from Kahnawake (and in fact operated unlicensed) after selling poker assets to ignition.eu in 2016.
But I just found all of the things to be interesting given continued site issues across all brands. But that’s why I asked mods to chime in.

I check back during the 3rd inning and saw that it won and I was surprised the balance was in my account still.
I used to tell people to play on Bovada, but over the last half year or so… I wouldn’t advise anyone to play on the site.

did you also know, that mohawk morris actually is owned Alwyn Morris , a hell of fame tennis player … who Bought the domain from Calvin Ayre , when it was seized by the feds for money laundering … this was Bo Dog, all customers lost everything without so much as a hint .but Bodog had secretly secreted customer information and sold it off to Alwyn Morris … for millions meaning everyone’s confidential info ,who then sent out private emails to all accounts holders with a new .com adress with their firmer account user names and passwords and assured to they could now continue business there … Hense the birth of Bovada … Atleast we are in good hands… Bovada then chose to go underground and operate without a Liscense, it’s avoids federal scrutiny , and legality and essentially huge tax breaks …, they set up shop in Curaçao a country that has very noble officials and allows gaming with out a liscense … And we all lived happily ever after
