Unfortunately I am unable to expand this match as well. I’m missing out on waging the first set (I like C. Gauff) due to an apparent site error. I’m getting the same message you were.

The same company that runs Bovada, also runs Cafe casino, Slots LV, Ignition, and a few others not available in the US.

Have y’all asked? Or just haven’t been told? Or if y’all have nothing to do it with it at all and can’t tell us anything that is fine but transparency would be great

Link is off, but all you have to do is change the Game Lines filter up at the top, to Set Lines… and it will give you current set bets. @jayreid

Im on all 4 sites and the constant theme now remains ā€œonce things are resolvedā€. Ive had no issues for 3 days…there will always be someone that has a slight connection problem, lag here and there…now this ā€œwhen things are resolvedā€ has clearly turned into an excuse to not compensate.

I talked to them. I asked about a timeframe on any transparency or compensation . Magic 8 ball said doubtful. Ouija board said No. Then a man named @Blacks started hollering about $25 through my static tv. Hope this helps you.

This isnt a tech issue

It doesnt take 2 weeks to fix a tech issue

The entire site crashed 6 months ago and it was back up in 84 hours

I dont know what tbe issue is but i know what its not… and thats a tech issue

When you refer to everything working fine, I am able to do the same with one big exception. I cannot withdraw via crypto. I think that’s a pretty big deal.

Under the withdrawal tab it says " you have reached your daily withdrawal limit, please try again tomorrow". Has said this over 1 week and my last pull was 5-16. Contacted hosted but they state the problem must be on my end and provide a screenshot. Provided screenshot and nothing back since.

Deposits work just fine now but outbound doesn’t? ODD… I understand that vouchers work but that is equivalent to the cashier cage at the casino closed and I have to go find another player on the floor to cash out with. Money stays at the casino. Then what? I get to take my fiat and go buy crypto with fees again…
