Site Stability Updates

Still waiting on the point drop. Last one was 15 days ago for me. they are driving away long term customers who spend a good amount.

Customer service doesn’t know what they’re talking about. They’re forced into giving compensation now after explicitly stating it to everyone by email. Will just be different amounts for everyone

Ever notice how every customer support agent you’ve ever gotten is from out of the country but somehow the little phone line message about high call volume due to site outages is by an American guy? Somebody at the top makes policies and guidelines that customer service reps have to follow, regardless of how messed up the situation is. They know exactly what they should be doing but they hide behind their customer service reps and I honestly feel bad that those employees have to take this onslaught of complaints and abuse when upper management could easily be transparent and update the players.

Yep. They obviously tried to tighten it up this year both in terms of casino and in bonuses. That was probably a topic of discussion in a meeting end of yr last yr.

Definitely not good for us as customers. Better to stick to sports or not play.

What’s the best part of being hosted? @ToysRuS have you been before just wondering

I was for maybe 8 or 9 months til end of January.
Automatic point drop every 5 days.

The bonuses are exponentially better. Around Christmas time I got a bonus for $1,000 with a 1X rollover. Essentially a free $1,000.

But many times I got $2-$500 .

That’s just not true. They have said from the beginning, and many many times in this forum, that additional compensation will be awarded once all issues have been resolved. If they would have given out compensation after day 7, and the site remained down 14 more days, everybody would rightfully want more compensation - and they’d have to start the process of determining and paying out that compensation all over again. They mass dropped the points a week ago to everybody - just to try and hold people over from blowing up customer service. I’m as salty as anybody about how bad the site has been. Delayed deposits, not being able to bet NBA conference finals, casino glitches, etc… but I don’t know why people keep asking the same question expecting a different answer - the only thing that comes of that is getting a rep that doesn’t understand or doesn’t know and then freaking out over their incorrect response

Another thing is most of the hosts that answer the hosted # are very friendly and very helpful.

Not all of them…but most.

Yeah thanks man but yeah I was really happy to see that.

Just remember it is temporary so don’t get too used to it and start “expecting” it

Have sister sites received any information or compensation?

I get you and yeah lol hopefully it does stick with me for a while

What is “hosted” I am Legend 1 and haven’t heard of that. Just curious about what that means and what all goes into it. Probably a stupid question LMAO.

Small group of people…generally under 1000. Could be as small as a few hundred even…that get extra perks and rewards and bonuses…

Have their own 1-800 number and are dealt with separately of the customer service reps via live chat or the 1888263 number .

Essentially a high roller group.

Nothing goes into it though. You are chosen at random and it is temporary. They cycle people in and out of being hosted so it isn’t permanent. But your chances are certainly higher if you’re spending thousands and thousands

Thanks for the info!

Hey, @moderators, wanna show your boy some love and host him?

Are other people able to contact customer service? I haven’t been able to reach anyone with the live chat. I’d like to place some bets but am nervous about depositing with the site stability issues.

Anyone else getting error on live WTA match coco Goff vs Trevino??
