wow another issue i depost with bitcoin snd got nothing in my account and everything jd confirmed . this is unbelievale . you guys better fix this snd give me something for my problems misjudgment all the games j wanted . atleast change my.m bonus to the 5x rollover not the scam of 30 time rollover you guys added now . makes sense you guys changing everything now since bitcoin dropped. matty i hope to see s response here this is so frustrating . i’m in the q and i’m 29 caller unbelievable

The irony of calling Bovada with a deposit issue and as you hold for 45 minutes you hear the " have you tried Bitcoin? Its 100% guaranteed , fast and our best deposit option" message 100 times as i sinultaneously read here about no one getting their btc depisits lol

I have that happen constantly … i’ll choose say -7 points on the celtics -135 and when it’s placed it will be -6 for -155 … even though it was never an option to even choose that and the line never changes… See you get stuck with some terrible odd for less money that it didn’t even choose… then last night i played the over on a basketball game , it was a lock 100% confident I bet the house on it … the over won … 600 richer jk … the bets were placed on the under which is impossible i confirmed on 4 seperate wagers on on the over and they all we’re placed on thee under… it’s heart breaking too because you find out this casinos is having major technology issues but continues to operate but doesn’t make any accommodations to ensure fair game play. if a casino on land was playing with broken slots, they would close and in operable machines down … if a sports betting parlor computer system was crashing during wagering it would void all the bets due to the states gaming laws… it’s just simple code of ethics… i don’t understand how any of us can be comfortable playing it’s like you taking such a huge risk to lose your bankroll

Website has been going down intermittently throughout the week and I have not been able to log in to cash out of any bets, place any further bets. I was told by a live chat agent, I’d be contacted regarding a compensation later in the week but still have not received anything
I have been trying to contact live chat on multiple occasions today but every time says no agents available, look in Bovada community. Really frustrated
C’mon this is a MF game you guys. WhT kind of BS is Curaçao E-Gaming tryna do!!! It’s become very obvious that these issues are not accidental. There are wayyyyy too many types of issues happening here, all in which are related to loss of funds by players and controlled by the casino. It DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG TO REPAIR CODE IN A WEBSITE… more and more issues of different kinds are popping up daily.
This is beyond… and unacceptable. No one will hold the company liable, it is up to the players to make the decisions to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I’ve lost thousands this month across all 4 sites and I’m literally sickened with my own decisions to keep going to this point. Smh.

If i go to a restaurant and tbey screw up my order i dont get mad. Shit happens. But if they screw it up and tben refuse to fix it or comp it im not going back
Same is true for any customer service related business

One week of site issues, problems, no real updates while competitors going about their business as usual. Cmon bovada…I been here too long to jump ship, y’all gotta fix this and really boost up player morale cause this is by far the lowest I’ve ever seen it around here.
You know it’s getting bad when frequent sellers on the marketplace are afraid of keeping their money on here

In the fall their site was down for like two or three days and basically you couldn’t even login… And because of that when they came back up they compensated everybody based on their account status I think I got like maybe $150 or something… but that was for the casino shutdown not taking any risks while they updated …. this time they just kept the casino up and let havoc wreak anybody’s money is just going down the tubes and there’s nothing you can do about it think about how much money bovada has made off technical errors incorrect wages crashing sites and glitches because there’s literally nothing any customer is going to get back in that situation it’s like just additional free money for bovada I mean I’m watching hundred same thing I’m saying exactly the amount of money they’ve lost in the past couple weeks it’s landslide compared to anything that’s ever happened here if we had and I’m really hoping that something ethically and morally can be done to make this a situation where I don’t feel like I just got legitimately scammed
