Matt, it would be great if you guys actually take care of hall of fame level players with high activity and deposits. this issue has been happening everyday of this week and some are getting big drops and some are not. please have consistency.

I spoke with LCB Casino watch dog group the are fully aware of the issue and have opened an investigation into this , they essentially hold casinos accountable , when people like us aren’t taken seriously … But if they find out that a Casino is operating unethically or breaking terms and conditions … they can be black listed or put as a rogue casino … which What that means is if they get enough complaints when someone googles Bovada instead of getting positive reviews in the website you guys beware of scam do not use this casino… I don’t want to do Bovada dirty but they are literally robbing us blind … But LCB has a direct agent that works for Bovada so he is looking into any complaints that are made … if anyone has any questions let me know

Pretty sure things are much worse than we even know. I would stop depositing people. The fact they’ve given no information on the update or what’s going on, leads me to believe this is bad. As long as people keep depositing, they will keep accepting which is disturbing. The site should’ve been shut down until all issues were resolved.

Whatever it is its not simply technical issues
It doesnt take 7+ days to fix tech issues
And not comping the players is concerning
Normally a business wants to keep their clients happt. A business who doesnt seem to care about that feels like one who knows if doesnt matter if the clients are happy as they arebt gonna be around much longer anyways
I cant see any other reason youd alienate people who give you their money

@tongo666 you don’t right now. I’ve never seen this many problems. People are reaching out thinking they can do something or they’re going to get some rewards. It’s probably never ending. You’ll never get through.

I think the most disappointing thing about the site issues Is I email people telling them I deposited 5 days ago and I didn’t receive my bonus and all I am getting back is them saying the 9 dollars in points should suffice for the time being. I don’t understand how 9 dollars equals 30 dollars but apparently the people replying to emails do. I’m new to the site so I understand that I am not entitled to as much as longer players but the fact that they can’t get my bonus credited to my account 5 days later and keep using the 9 dollars in points as a bandaid is just disgusting. I don’t have a high entertainment budget but after this disaster of a week if they can’t get people compensated correctly ill be going elsewhere. The sites already crashed on me twice today and I couldn’t log in

Havent been for the last 2 days worth of issues and was told there were no plans to do so
In either event 50 dollars comp isnt enough for 7 days worth of issues Matty
Not for people who play much much more than that every day
And not everyone got the 50 i got. Some got less ir none at all

Bullseye. I’ve seen situations like this with crypto exchanges in the past. Feels like the rug is about to be pulled here any minute.
