I wish this site was worth it still. They’ve become so frugal…even when they mess up. Compensation through customer service should always be more than we paid for since they wasted our valuable time we cannot get back. The fact that they think they can get away with becoming like the other nasty gambling sites is sickening.

Hopefully bovada learns by all these angry customers that it needs to up it’s game. Or it’ll be shutting down most obviously. I like how nothing is being done right now. Like instant support to save their sinking company. Ignorance is great.
@moderators what would help is if you could give us a timeline on when things can be expected to be fixed…we were told it would be good by Thursday but you guys just slapped us with 20-50k points with the site seemingly even worse than it was a week ago…
The issue with further comp is theres no real way for the site to know how much a player was impacted
I was completely down for 6 hours yesterday and CS had no clue and couldnt tell i had been
So if the site cant tell how much we were impacted how can you base comp off of that?
Same with activity. Obviously if you cant deposit, bet or both then youll have no activity

8 Hours, and I haven’t got my deposit. This is the 5th time I’ve said this today, and I’ve been ignored by bovada every time. Give me my money, so I can lose it, and then never talk to you again.

31 day activity from when the issues arises makes the most sense…they’re not going to give people compensation on what they “would’ve deposited or played” but at least 31 days is a good representation of what actually wouldve been played
Same here. Mine happened on the Miami game. Said three bets when I placed it but then look in my account and had added some crazy bet to it. I didn’t bump it by accident I even screenshot it.
Have to think they will do significant across the board compensation based on activity levels like they did back in December site outage. But at least in December they were communicating better on what was going on. The lack of updates and information from Bovada is concerning this time.
I guess. Just seems like theres been multipke issues on multiple areas so tough to tell when youd say the issues started. For me it was last Saturday but i know other others have been different

Everyone should get at the very least $100 at this point whoever is in charge of bovada will have their name completely destroyed comparable to the Fyre scandal if they keep stealing like this

What type of compensation I had call to see if bovada offered a birthday chip they said no but would look at my account and see if they could offer me a bonus based on my account activity. Nothing was said about it being a compensation.
Not sure why anyone wants compensation for the casino. 10x rollover and you won’t stand a chance. They will make up the money they lost over the past week. They know people will keep depositing and the games will be ultra tight. Mark my words.
