That is the only way you are gonna save them thru this nightmare of a few week stretch. Even If there ISNT an update, let us know what is going on so that people don’t lose trust and just seek out other places to play permanently.
At this point… I’m sure there are some bad things going on behind the scenes that you don’t want them to know about… but the least you can do is provide some re-assurance to these people.

Rmilia… you nailed it. I was in retail, restaurant, all customer service jobs and now run a restaurant. This is about as bad of customer service as I’ve seen in my life …whether online or in person.
