I might’ve but it was out of frustration. Obviously well aware it’s not his fault but someone’s gotta take the heat when they continually refuse to answer live chat

No worries, we are all frustrated, I never thought the December outage would ever happen again let alone be worse!

I am In agreement that no one PMing back the customers nor really giving us an idea of what’s going on is very, very frustrating and confusing and I know for me personally I’m not depositing til I get clarification and further compensation. And til everything is fixed

Yeah this seems to be a lot more than just an “outage” this is bovada going down for good and taking our money with it or it’s actually a massive issue and we all are heavily compensated. I see two options at this point

Yep. It is either people like myself are getting $500 + out of this and apologized to deeply and them saying please bare with us or this site is doomed…

They just can’t apologize and do nothing to rectify at this point.

Same man. But then they’ll find a way to use the “recent activity” excuse even though I normally would’ve deposited probably at least $300 in these last 4 days. I know it’s nothing heavy but still

Yep. As I’ve said before I’m down another 4500 these last 3 weeks or whatever it is. Nothing new here. The usual. Except I’ve had wins become losses. Shit isn’t right. Til it is fixed… and properly taken care of… they’re losing one long timer here

One thing that has bothered me is that you can never speak directly with management, promotion team, etc… I understand not every single complaint involves speaking to management about but at the very least we should have some ability to have some sort of communication lines straight to those departments. I have asked thru chat but I doubt my message was ever passed on. This 7 day cluster warrants a thorough explanation from upper management and there has been nothing. The mod team is taking hits on the chin day after day which isn’t fair but they are the only resource ATM.
