There are other ways to change your IP other than using a VPN, obviously not with direct internet service, but if using wifi you can change location or reset your phone connection. It obviously isn’t ideal but we are working to fix this along with everything else.

I’m 36 hours after my deposit and still nothing a day and a half waisted with no plausible excuse or any attempt to say if when or how anybody would be compensated for all this hassel

Are player transfers and vouchers also having problems? Or is it just crypto and card deposits?
I also made a deposit through litecoin over 24 hours ago that has not been credited. It’s clearly confirmed on the blockchain, but CS says there is nothing they can do. This is absurd. Moderators, you have to provide some sort of timing here. This is just downright fraud and theft. So unacceptable.

Can you be more specific on this deposit not be applied fix? Why can we not PM you the details of the deposit, showing your wallet address and hundreds of confirmations? At least help out the community members….
Most of us bitcoin depositors have made thousands of successful deposits which you Have record of. This needs to be manually fixed. This is bonkers Ryan.

Here is where complaints can be filed with the Curaçao gaming commission. This deposit theft is 100% in breach of their license. Unless Bovada explains what is happening and how they’re going to fix it, I suggest we all file complaints.

No point in putting them on a site that isnt fully working properly
Then you are trusting the site to not mess up a wager, spins or a poker buy in while youre playing through
