We haven’t heard of any issues with player transfer that we’re aware of. The issues seem to just be with crypto deposits.

I don’t believe this is something we can do. For one we would need wallet addresses as to where to send the funds.

We won’t be manually accepting addresses from players. This isn’t something we would be able to handle and would be unfair as we wouldn’t be able to do this for everyone. We’ll unfortunately have to wait until the issues are resolved for all.

The 20000 reward you received correct. Though again this isn’t the end of any compensation as it will be reviewed again when the issues are resolved.
