I need help speaking with an agent and the live chat doesnt work for me and there is no phone number to call. Im having a slight issue that requires an agent’s help and i cant get in no contact with any agents.
Nope there excuse is they are not accepting calls due to “COVID” and it’s pointless trying to get live chat or a straight answer if you have problems or issues since customer service is nonexistent

You must be one that’s not getting screwed over or work there either way when you call the bs number you get a recording saying they are not accepting calls due to Covid and yes that sounds really dumb but what else would be just as dumb is letting somebody get over on you and you lay down and take it without saying a word
I get through that number just fine my man.
They only answer the phones once you are at a certain level. If you not at that level you’ll get the Covid message when you call @BRINGTRUMPBACK @Ktekra23

This is hilarious. Why are they handing out crypto only deposits? Bovada still accepts Crypto? Because they stole mine.
There are more issues other than the deposits… the live betting has been doing different crap and feeezing Extra long. Lost a lot over the years but not like this. Def feel big disadvantage, its even freezing different.
Big disadvantage for us live betters. Thats hard to capture when they start exploring what players have been affected if they decide to compensate. This is an example of what I am talking about. Keep in my I mostly bet soccer and always live betting. At least 5 times Saturday I waited for the line to get right on the over bet. The site froze I had to clear my cache several times to finally get logged back in. Go back to the line I had my eyes on and boom. The over already hit. That was at least 4 or 5 times at an average of 200 a bet. Those missed opportunities add up and put the player at a huge disadvantage. Very frustrating

Not a whole lot. Its nice when your hosted. Better cash bonuses. Rewards point drop every 5 days. Its just temporary. Most are dropped from hosted status after 6 months. So 6 months out of ten years I got to experience really good customer treatment
