It really is frustrating… i like betting live basketball and ive lost a lot of games lately that were just spinning( different graphic lately) and i get a lower spread than what i hit. And ive lost a bunch of those games by a half point or point… should have been wins. Gotta start playing elsewhere

I wish it was that easy to play to elsewhere. Its legal where I am at but I can’t find a site that has near the amount of soccer matches available as bovada has on a live platform. If ever find one I will definitely drag up and play on a different site

I was just told on chat that someone will call me in 2 days to talk about my stolen bitcoin deposit. This is a clown college at this point. 27million points red roomer, and once I get my last bitcoin deposit credited, it will be my farewell wagers to Bovada. They have lost me and I am sure so many others. This is sad, pathetic, and enraging.

That they are not profusely apologizing and providing any sort of updates is so outrageous. There doesn’t even seem to be any attempt to reassure us that are funds are safe. Customer service saw my deposit, saw that it’s been confirmed 100+ times for the amount but still said “a different department” has to help me.
Moderators? What department? Is it just one guy? WHERE IS OUR MONEY?
This response times and how they are treating people is 100% related to the crypto markets being crap and they are just obviously delaying on purpose… very sad

I feel the same way, the way you treat customers, especially loyal customers who regularly deposit is by making issues they are having right in a swift manner. In my opinion, this is 100% due to the crypto markets crashing no way you can be as stupid as Bovada is being with how they are treating customers who have been loyal and think those customers will come back and make deposits… no way!
I cannot even believe how tone deaf this marketing is. Read the effing room. This is why I have to stop playing at this site. This is too much. I guess the moderators haven’t told anyone how upset their customer base is currently?

Probably not… Bovada doesn’t realize people want to be treated right and this is something you will pay for indefinitely. It will cost them way more to get customers back then to make wrongs right now. It seems arrogance up top is ignoring the obvious 🫠

If that’s the case why is depositing with crypto still an option for them?
I am not saying you are wrong, but how the effff is crypto still a deposit option at this exact moment for them?
I have also read maybe 2 or 3 people have had their bitcoin deposit come through. Why just a few? No one Can answer anything.

Crypto deposits are still an option because they want to be receiving as many crypto deposits as they can right now when the market is down therefore they make more money when it comes back up… I’m betting the reason the issues with deposits, withdrawals is due to them holding large Bitcoin, eth reserve over the last year and they maybe missed the top and holding a bag of crypto which was received much higher and maybe they have had to pay out a large amount over the last year not anticipating crypto crashing recently…
Just doesn’t make sense to look this bad right now. You would think they would want to please the customer base when crypto markets are lower so they can receive more deposits and make a lot of money on the crypto once the crypto markets turn around but they are doing the exact opposite 🫤

Did a small deposit andwent through within twenty minutes . Does anyone else know if withdrawals are having troubles ? Haven’t been able to withdrawal for a long time cuz a bad run so I wouldn’t know and just was wondering
Surely they were smart enough to unload crypto when everything was in a bubble. But its becoming more obvious they are holding a huge bag and possibly that bag continuing to fill

Why would bitcoin deposits today be credited but deposits from two days ago held captive? How has this not be resolved? This is beyond shitty man.
