I guess you weren’t feeling my idea.

What about if there are pending deposit match bonus attached to these “lost” deposits. Is this going to prove to be another battle to fight? Can you check if accounts under these circumstances are getting their bonus initially redeemed when we sent you money two days ago?

Generally you would have a while if you redeem a bonus before it would expire anyway, so as long as it’s pending I doubt that will be an issue, however it’s something that we can check on a case to case basis. Of course any pending bonus should activate once the credit comes in, but again if not that’s something we can look at as long as the funds aren’t used.

Yeah probably not, because my deposit bonus that was attached and pending has now expired and disappeared from the pending status. Been waiting on mine since 9am Saturday. At this point I’ll just be shocked to get the initial money. It’s wild.

That’s what happened to me mine still has a couple days left but I doubt they will even care to go back and fix not getting the deposit bonus

I would be curious to see how many on here have taken a successful withdrawal in the past 72 hours. Everybody is talking about unsuccessful or delayed deposits, but has anybody had a successful withdrawal? I say this because my last crypto withdrawal was back on 5-16. I have held of on any new deposits for obvious reasons but mainly because of this message I see under the withdrawal tab -

My deposit feature hasnt worked for 4 or 5 days

But they claim its not on their end even though my card works everywhere else including other books and i get an error nessage here

Where is the formal updates and announcements from Bovada? Where is the big point drop for my account?? Make this right.

Almost two weeks of site crashing. I still refuse to deposit till there is some formal update or announcement. The fact that they are continuing to provide compensation to those of us who are smart enough NOT to deposit on this broken site is ridiculous.

I mean, even a daily email apologizing and providing a small update would suffice at this point. The customer service reps are useless, the moderators here are rude when pressed for answers, and Bovada’s Twitter page just keeps tweeting nonsense as if nothing is happening behind the scenes haha.

Doesn’t it seem weird that Bovada is keeping their customer service reps in the dark? It’s like they haven’t been providing any updates to their team regarding anything. Such a bad look for Bovada. Going on day 11 of not depositing when I regularly deposit thousands weekly. I don’t feel like they care about me, or any of us.

I agree. Why can’t they help out the loyal community members first. Everytime you contact Bovada they beg you to use the community.

I just continue to get really confused customer service reps that tell me they have no updates, there is no more compensation, the $40 should have covered it hahaha. Like what?? I spend thousands a week in lost deposits on here and $40 is supposed to regain my trust and get me to deposit again? No way dude.
