I have had a few good ones, but recently all poor quality chat reps. It is a shame.
My chat rep told me my deposit would show up in less than 1 hour. That was 2 days ago and still nothing.
I just canât wait to see that we are compensated based off the amount we wagered during the time that no one is allowed to deposit money in their account to wager with.
My god. I have been told different shit too. What a clown college. I have been such a fan for over 20 years. Iâm 40 now, I think I started my account at age 18. Tons of name changes, same account. I may never deposit again here after this.

Nothing here shown goes against our player commitment. These issues were at the time brought up as soon as we knew about them. The site issues also arenât downtime, they are latency or disconnection issues that are still ongoing.
obviously these issues are not ideal and we do apologize for them and will look into again as mentioned compensation when they are resolved, but the player guarantee has not been broken here.

Ryan. Stealing bitcoin deposits goes against all ethics of business. The minute a player shows any staff member from Bovada:chat,phone, or mod that we sent money, it was received with hundreds of confirmations it needs to be credited at that point. That rep needs to add the money. Period. This is bologna.
Players were notified as soon as we knew of these issues, and these are the same ongoing issues, there is no further update to provide as weâre in the midst of fixing them.
In other words we investigated ourselves and found that we did nothing wrong. Even though we are holding your deposits hostage and canât tell you why or when it will be fixed.
Again as mentioned we do understand this isnât acceptable and are working to resolve it. However, this isnât something that we can just manually attend to. The actual issue itself needs to be fixed before we can credit these deposits.

No one at any point stated that nothing is broken. The player guarantee has not been broken based on what youâve posted. Yes the site itself is having issues and weâve created site banners and threads stating as much.
I just donât buy that. This caused me so much aggravation. I get bonus money added normally whenever I ask for it. Money can easily be added. This was handled terribly man.
