No one has stated this either. All I’ve stated is that the player guarantee from what you’ve posted wasn’t really broken. No one in any way has stated that this is acceptable or that players should be expected to do anything. I completely understand the frustration here and agree that we’ve not met expectations and that these issues are a failure on our part.
Oh and to make matters worse they’re twitter account continues to post nonsense other than updates or answers…but yet they block a paying customer…?! 

Note that this only affected certain players, so not all players had these issues as it was intermittent. Though I don’t disagree that it may have been a good idea to perhaps look into closing crypto deposits while there were any issues. I will provide this as feedback for the future.

Well. The small amount of players affected in this chat community, why don’t you help them get it resolved and looked at now? This community is an important resource and probably some of your best members spend time here. Now is the time to do something. Cause I am beyond pissed about this.
I just don’t understand. The desposit was sent, confirmed, and the chat rep located it and said it was good. But it can’t put in our accounts? How does that make sense that you can see the deposit rigt there but can’t add it to the account
Unfortunately king they only created this forum to hear what people had to say and to monitor the traffic around the situation … believe me it’s not going to get better and it will not be “fairly compensated”
Once again…sounds abit scammy but idk.
What kills me is my deposit went through 7 days ago but my bonus was never credited. There is no way it’s that hard to credit money for a bonus that the deposit was fulfilled for. I feel so bad for the people who deposited money and it wasn’t credited. I definitely will not be putting money on ever again until we are compensated handsomely regardless of activity.
I have had success with mods helping, especially Ryan. This is the time for them to help more than ever. I am talking in regards to lost bitcoin deposits for community members.
Yea I don’t have beef with the mods in here, I know they can’t really give answers because they are probably in the dark about it too. But I just can’t believe how incompetent as a whole bovada has been during this.
This whole thing is just a gigantic shit show on bovadas behalf honestly…it’s demoralizing and for them to “compensated” everyone sounds abit far fetched…a few months ago site went down for three whole days entirely …I was given 200$ as COMPENSATION… Now this issue EXCEEDS those limits…so how do they cover 50-250$ COMPENSATION for ALOTTTTT OF PEOPLE…I just don’t see it.

I mean no other problem has taken this long to fix, the compensation offered has been lower than other times when issues have started, CS reps have continually ended chats mid conversation or otherwise been rude, updates on what exactly is causing these issues haven’t been communicated effectively, and the problems seem to be continuing to pile on. I get all the "we will look again when all issues are resolved for further compensation, but the longer this goes on the more customers are going to want a bigger compensation. I have never thought about switching sites until now, and am seriously considering it because of the response.
To be honest I don’t even care right now about future comp. Worst is having your money taken from you. Like to have this fixed immediately. 48+ hours and no resolution is clown college.
Just as a note, we have escalated a number of players on these threads having issues, and have provided examples to the payments team already. We on our end cannot manually fix these though as it’s something our deposits and withdrawals teams would need to do. They have quite a long list obviously of these that need to be fixed.
