He doesn’t offer to bring you a new order
Your salad comes out abd the lettuce has mold on it
You call over the server
" yep that’s mold. Sorry"
No new salad
Here’s your steak
It’s burned to a crisp
You ask for a manager. Server tells you no manager is available but thanks for the feedback on the steak
You ask if the restaurant will be comping your meal for all the issues and the server says
" we are aware of your issues but we are waiting to judge appropriate comp til we see how your dessert is"
What eould your reaction be ??
Ostensibly that’s what is happening here
A plethora of issues. All related to problems with the business. But they’re gonna “wait and see how dessert goes” to decide if they’re gonna take care of the customer
All you had to do is go to the companies website and clear the cache. Food would have been perfect.
This example isn’t really complete, as we have provided intermittent compensation twice prior. We did provide this to players that were asking over the first few days and then did provide something on the 26th.
This would be more relevant to the appetizer coming with a hair, and they comp it, then the salad comes out and they comp that as well. Finally there’s still issues with the steak and they say that the kitchen is having issues and when they are fixed they’ll be giving you more compensation later. I guess in this instance it would be more akin to them telling you to come back at a later date and comping the next meal.
To just state in the example that nothing was done at all isn’t really accurate.

I definitely don’t disagree, and again we are aware of how unacceptable the situation is. I was merely providing some context to the example provided above. This doesn’t mean that the situation itself isn’t something that demands a fix or is understandably causing frustration.
So why not shut it down till it’s fixed right so everyone experiences the way it should be
