I received a “little gift” the other day. Was that just my normal usual “gift” or was that given out due to what has been going on?
Hall of fame red room player here. Been spending much less at what was my favorite book, to many problems, bad information and a sense of disrespect. No reward points anymore. Couldn’t play anything without glitches. At one point I could not deposit and I missed what would have been a good hit. Might be a good idea to release rewards points or put some freeplay on. I want to make a large deposit, but am not happy how they are handling these small problems. I really would prefer to use bovada, but I hope things get better.

Went to bed thinking things might be getting better. Woke up this morning with no deposit bonus still from a deposit a week ago. No comp points waiting. Nothing but more angry comments again. I guess some things will never change

site is down again?? I was at the top of the board in a poker tournament going in the money are you serious right now? And let me guess, their “compensation” is some BS $10 entry fee refund when I am about to win $900. This is infuriating.

Finally got my Money after 65 hours, but didn’t get my deposit bonus.
If the sites fine can i get my deposit bonus for my deposit a week ago? Like what’s the hold up with that

Major issues @Paul_Bovada. Just got locked out of 3 tournaments, one of which i was in top 10 right before being ITM.
Tried the site, the client, my tablet, my phone, using both wifi and mobile network. Nothing. It’s not on my end. You know how rough it’s been going for me lately and I can not believe that the night things are finally going my way, you guys lock me out. And i just got off with CS, the best they can do is exactly as I called it, just a couple of “$10+1 buy-in tickets” as if that somehow compensates the hours i just wasted for nothing in the previous tournys.
What a joke.

If the majority of people have deposit issues finally got credited that’s great happy for them but that doesn’t change the fact that myself as others aren’t getting their bonuses to go with it. People are still having poker issues and there’s not a comp point in site.

I’m waiting for them to reply and say but we gave you 9 dollars in comp points 4 days ago. Ok? My bonus was worth 30 so im not sure the math they use but 9 does not equal 30

I requested my deposit bonus noon on saturday. That bonus expired Sunday night. I got my deposit an hour ago. I should either get last weeks bonus, or a new bonus this week with the reward points and spins. Oh, and some comp points for missing champions league final, ipl final, and multiple playoff games would be great as well.

And my deposit is a little less then the money I sent on saturday, even though the bitcoin market shot up at least 2 grand from saturday. So bovada is keeping the extra money they made off my deposit that they held for almost 3 days.
