@Paul_Bovada I can’t log in right now… the log in page to enter my email doesn’t even load. And yes I’ve cleared cache and cookies and yes I am on data.

Was hoping to get an ETA update today. I’m fearful that this will be around until July atleast unless told otherwise with how it’s trending. Have not had much in terms of status updates in days

Happens to me every day randomly for a few hours. I refuse to deposit until fixed

I’ve been dropped out of a couple jack pot sit n gos and given a message stating my password credentials are incorrect and then my money was not returned. Not only my buy in, but I was winning one, so the potential purse.

Same exact thing happens to me. It’s been more frequent the past 5 days. When I’m unable to log in The community forum is also gonzo. Which means when I want to bitch and moan I have to do it to myself :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Yeah I’ve commented on this thread probably 8 times about no deposit bonus from my deposit a week ago and not once has a mod said anything to me about it or cared to acknowledge what’s going on with the points they said they were going to comp.

I spoke to a rap they said they’ve already addressed this issue with plays a factor I’ve been affected for six days in a row tried to deposit kicked out of the site try to put it back down and did it go through and I didn’t get an email a compensation this is crap

I finally had to post something and I bet for every poster there are 10 who’re just waiting furiously instead of posting.

Things are starting to boil over for a lot of us because you’re not updating us on anything.

I’m not going to deposit again until you update us and compensate us for wasting our time.

My time is valuable. You’re wasting my time which makes me want to move another betting site.

We’re all waiting to lose our money to you and you would rather wait and lose people instead of giving us a compensation in good faith for the time we’ve waisted waiting for you to fix your issue.

@ waiting patiently this simply does not make sense they either dont care or are a bunch of trained individuals put in place to read of a script to only waste your time for 3 hours and then end the chat on you with were going around in cricles bullshit so recently just about 3 hours ago or so i was given confirmation that all site issues were fixed and that everything is back to normal.

according to an agent i spoke with there was an update few hours ago and i was told that all issues were fixed and things were back to normal

All site issues were resolved on the 30th at 11:45 PM EST.

So basically no compensation and no deposit bonuses or anything? We are supposed to pretend the past week never happened and move on?

@Jonny34 We have already advised about this numerous times.

You said we would be compensated when it was fixed, and just a couple replies ago you said it seems to be working fine now.

chill bro, im sure we will eventually get what we will get. give them time, i know everyone is frustrated cuz i am too but lets calm down, im sure the mods and everyone in the company doesnt want this to happen too. goodluck
