Site Stability Updates

Works fine for me

At least you’re replying to something Paul and I appreciate that.

But your message from 5 days ago clearly says there will be a compensation plan after the fix.

Now you’re saying there are no plans as of yet, even though you’ve clearly and in plain English said there is a compensation plan incoming.

This is very disconcerting.

If this is the case, and I want to make this as clear as possible (not that you care): goodbye.

Just spoke to a very helpful and friendly cs rep. Yes there will be compensation coming. No they don’t have a timeframe on it because they haven’t been given one by the higher ups and they don’t want to speculate on one for us and cause further chaos. It sounds like we will be taken care of thankfully. Just appalling how long this is taking

Can i get a response @Paul_Bovada ? U can see the time in my screenshots. Site actually fixed or no…according to my page it isnt

The site is not fixed. The messed up scorelines and times have to be addressed. It makes no sense to have to check another site to get accurate scores and times and then come back to this to wager. This happened after the previous update. When I mentioned it in this community the moderators acted like nothing was wrong (you can probably go back and check the topic). I am still wondering, don’t you guys have a test environment to check your updates before you send them to the live environment?

I was just on ignition forum end they put my community account on hold so they could monitor what was being said before they posted it

They definitely do not manage the actual site themselves. They pay a vendor to run it for them which is probably in Vietnam or China… which is why there’s a communication problem.

That will explain why lately I see Chinese text randomly showing up in the website

Its really sad to say but this is how most businesses models are ran these days. They have totally flipped the script. Walmart, McDonald’s, etc… Its the way of the new world. Your no longer the valued customer. You get your food when we are ready for you too. Not in a satisfactory time frame. You should be lucky we even served you. At least that’s the feeling I get with any business. Unless its a mom and pop business you won’t find the good ole customer comes first moto anymore. We are going to overcharge you and make your experience difficult whether you like it or not. Sad world we live in these days

Thats the only choice they leave us. There is no more the customer has a genuine complaint. The business makes it right. You keep giving them business and everybody wins. That’s just to easy I guess

I feel ya. But at least at all those other places you can actually speak to a “manager”… For bovada I asked the Twitter account via DM for an email address for whoever makes decisions and they gave me the moderators email lol. Then after exchanging multiple emails with that account they finally say “we just moderate the community we can’t affect policy”.

If any other sports book had one hour payouts I would leave in 1 second

@amb82_123 I think there are a lot of companies that care about their customers. I think that’s much more the case now than before but there are def exceptions.

Problem is bovada services a group of people that includes a large number of degens. Mix that with no established competition in many states and they can take advantage of the fact that they know you’ll still deposit…even if you say you won’t.

When I say you I don’t literally mean YOU
