Given the sporadic nature across different users and the same users at different times, has the server farm configuration been thoroughly combed through? Code levels, NIC config, routing, etc.? Iām guessing after 10 days, someone has thought of that, but man given the nature of these issues it really seems like it depends on what server youāre connecting to as to your ability to use the site. Different physical VM servers? You would think using the login connection logs and people reporting issues, one would be able to tie it to certain ones and find a pattern or correlation.

HOF member here. A lot of people are frustrated, even angry. Iām frustrated and angry. Constant inability to log in, deposits not working, no luck entering into a chat over multiple tries, having to use a VPN to even open this discussion board because it wonāt work through a normal connection. What gives?
The thing that is scary to me is when does it end? Sure, I would love some rewards points and/or a no Rollover deposit, but when does it end?
I am a fan of bovada, I really am. But even my patience has limit. What do you want us as customers to do? Wait while you donāt fix it. Ever since you went down for a few days a couple months back, things have gone downhill and itās bad, real bad.
You have a short window here that will make or break your company. If you are really going down as some have said, then just end it now. If you want to continue in business, then you better fix your system and especially fix your customer relations because if you donāt, well, thatās on you.
