The amount of issues with cash out option not being available due to the website issues has been brutal and all I have gotten in response is cash out option is not garaunteed. I have bet enough to know when it would be available. When will there be an update on the issues with the website? The our commitment to you states a response within 24 hours and compensation for the issues every 48 hours. I’m way more interested in just some information. I like to live bet and it has been brutal to say the least. Any information on issues and what has been done and is being done to resolve them would be appreciated.
IMO, there should be one thread on Site Instability Updates that only moderators have the ability to post to. This would help users who are just looking for updates without all of the other noise.

While that may be true, it beats trying to sift through countless messages from community members just to get to those generic updates.

Agreed….also I don’t need to hear about how great “other” sites are….we can all figure that out if we need to on our own. I just want to know when the site is fully operational AND when further compensation will be added to loyal customers accounts?
It appears there are problems again. I am unable to login at all. I don’t even get the overlay screen to put my password
Have active bets in and the site isn’t showing up at all. Have tried on multiple browsers and cleared and refreshed now unable to even reach website. 2nd straight day. 0 compensation received
Why don’t you just take the site offline until all issues are resolved?

@moderators I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Temper expectations Bovada. Take the ENTIRE site down until things are fixed. People will be pissed but people already are. We just want to be able to use a working site and not something that may or may not work and if the entire site is taken down people can’t complain about missing deposits, getting kicked out of poker tournaments, etc. Get it together and fix the issues and then determine appropriate compensation (taking into account a lot of people paused playing in the last week due to issues).
been saying this. so sketchy to let people on to deposit, and then site goes down daily so they are unable to cash out ect. should have just been down for the last 10 days even if thats twice as bad as the DEC outage. the fact of the mater is they would have lost more customers if they had a 2 week complete outage. #greed
But if they took it down and put all resources to fixing the issue instead of bandaiding a moving train the outage hopefully wouldn’t have lasted 10 days.
Its outrageous that there is not an official update at least once a day. Complete transparency issue on top of everything else.
Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow because there are some interesting international soccer games
