@Matty_Bovada are you able to respond here? I feel like I’m taking crazy pills and am 2 seconds from just closing my Bovada account. This is a real thing that happened that was incredibly frustrating, and everyone (including CS) is just treating me like I’m an idiot for trying to deposit money onto their broken site.
I was playing and i won the game froze and wouldn’t move for a few seconds then I got kicked offgot back on thinking funds would be in account they weren’t so I deleted my cookies and still nothing
I’m a little tired of dealing with robot auto messages from the support. I came back to bovada recently to mess around with some slots, before I left I would get a loss back from a casino host, I have since lost my hosted status but was wondering if they still do kickbacks for losing 5k etc, anyway, getting disconnected during the spins was unenjoyable. Hope your updates will alleviate these issues. If not, there are other fields to play in.
@mwfsvy we don’t have any exact details on what would be reviewed but if there was no play or limited play then this would most likely result in receiving less then others. However, once resolved, if you would like an independent review then we can also look into that for you at that time.

I seen a few others had the same happened to them and I had chatted the other day like maybe when it first started or something but the workers treated. Me like a liar and I was so upset when I didn’t get my winnings

Yesterday I bet on a foreign basketball game, over the 159.5. Score was 80-72. The game stopped at 4:13 game time in the 4th and was stopped for over 30 minutes on Bovada and on BetsApi. Then boom it just ended on both sites at the same score. No time ticking down or nothing. Asked support why the hell that happened and how it could be a loss if they never finished the game. They basically said F you. Bovada is falling apart.

I’ve been kicked out of casino games once or twice today. The horse tab never I mean ever wants to load next five races. I get a forever blank list or when it loads its one tracks races. This has been consistent and constant for over a week. I made a comment on this is a different thread days ago. I know you guys are working to resolve the issues but you also have asked for our continued exact issues. Thank you mods
