Cust service reps all feeding different information is just a sign that there’s very little cohesion behind the scenes at Bovada
It’s funny how we’re hearing all different things by CS reps. I was just told that CS reps are not informed about any compensations and the “Business Owners” make those decisions. No timeframe nor any specific information is given to them I believe.
Customer Service has gone so bad to a point where clarity in communication is essentially non existent because one CS rep might be in the US while the other is in Europe.
I will say i have worked for Wells Fargo/American Express/General Electric/Toyota
Hundreds of Billions of dollar organizations and their communication/customer service is terrible as well.

Lol exactly. Look at people’s history and just tell em you actually owe us x amount because you didn’t lose it to us this week. I didn’t even know the reward points were compensation for outage. I don’t think I received anything stating that. Thought it was just random drop.
I have been having issues but have not recieved any emails regarding any type of a bonus becuase of it
As frustrating as this is I’m confident they will compensate and they will compensate on tier level. I’ve been here 10+ years. This has always been their practice.

this is disappointing , Bovadas sorry from garuntee states that updates will posted evrery 60 minutes anytime anything changes … last update was 6 days ago … that’s horribly discomforting
Spent most of my night communicating with several online chat reps who each blew me off and pretended they were unaware about the site-wide issues. Tried to cash out of several MLB lines tonight and couldn’t view my Open Bets or any outstanding transactions to do so. One rep pretended I was confusing him and the other two disconnected the chat after I had them cornered with my CLEAR explanation of what was happening on my end. Needless to say I’m disappointed and it doesn’t look like I’m alone in that regard.
A site-wide issue is one thing, but a team of reps blowing off customer concerns and not being prepared how to handle our legitimate problems with the site should be unacceptable.
I’ve been locked out or unable to log into this community page all day. Tried everything.
Main site is super unstable, I was able to play a few poker tourneys after not being able to log in there also.
What’s the ETA in back to normal? And why is this happening? Last time it was an upgrade/maintenance that went bad, what’s the reason now?

Who would even trust you asshats after this? December 21 outage had multiple and adequate updates and it was a nuisance but you guys got it together after a week…
Three weeks into this debacle and you idiots know less than you knew at the beginning… reading all the comments trashing your site has been the most entertaining in a while… you deserve all the slander you’re getting, by the way. It’s what you get for misleading ppl
I FINALLY CAVED ,IM DONE , account disabled!!! , wtf is wrong with me, I get mad sitting at a red light for more than minute … but i’m willing to spend weeks on end chasing wins from a sinking ship … hours on hold, chat forums , stress misery ,tears , anger , legit hours every single day dealing with Bovada the site I callled home and my great American past time , Now it’s literally turned my life upside down , it’s horrible my quality of life is terrible living every moment here in complete turmoil between , the bonus changes , the slot scams , the technical glitches . the non existent customer service , the rudeness , the jyst utter complete brink of insanity .
i’m going back to the life I loved , I’m a drop in the bucket but if each one stands tall and walks they will finally be alone with their b.s

Now it is just a matter of how long will they stall before they feel they need to compensate everyone or how long til they can afford to ?

You have to be joking because we’re Bovada was down for three days last fall they figured out their compensation about within 15 minutes of their site being fixed
But then they also were giving us regular updates of actual specific issues errors they were actually listing the server component errors they were experiencing the hardware hours they were experiencing this is just a stall to make money off bitcoin
Yea I don’t know. I think they’ll wait til crypto rises to comp anyone. Sad
